The team manages single-family and master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, luxury high-rises and condominiums, condos, lofts and townhomes, active adult communities, golf and club communities, municipal utility districts, and investment properties.

Fees are quoted individually for each community rather than set from a published rate card. The structure is a monthly management fee billed each month, plus a one-time setup fee at the start of the engagement. Actual amounts depend on the size and service needs of the association, so pricing is provided through a written proposal.

The board keeps decision-making authority over governance, policy, and financial decisions, and the Associa PMG Houston team handles day-to-day operations and advises on options. That daily work includes assessment billing and financial reporting, homeowner communication, property inspections and violation notices, vendor and contract management, and support for elections and architectural review. Boards stay informed through board updates, meeting packages, and portal access to financials, work orders, and violations. The precise division for any one association is documented in its management agreement.

A dedicated transition team works with the assigned community manager, the outgoing management company, and the association to keep the handoff professional and orderly. The team reviews financials, governing documents and CC&Rs, past meeting minutes and policies, and vendor contracts and scopes of service. It also collects homeowner fees and balances, holds vendor walks, and arranges board orientation or a meet-and-greet.

Associa PMG Houston is an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) and is an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau. The company also emphasizes ongoing professional certification and continuing education for its management staff.

Association funds are protected by fidelity bond coverage, and financial controls are reviewed through a Service Organization Control 1 Type 2 report. Each association has its own dedicated checking and savings accounts, with secure electronic funds management for deposits and payments.
