Houston, TX April 29, 2010 - PMG of Houston is thrilled to welcome nine new communities to its portfolio of clients since January 2010.
- PMG of Houston will provide financial administration services for Private Quarters Acquisition LLC, GENCO Development and Tanglewood Resort.
- Private Quarters Acquisition is a time share resort community located in Fernandina Beach, Florida, with three current owners.
- GENCO Development is a time share located in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, with 48 current owners.
- Tanglewood Resort is located in Pottsboro, Texas, with 2400 members.
PMG of Houston has also contracted to deliver management services, including full financial administration, facilities management and operational management services with additional maintenance and porter services for Whisperwood Condos, Courts at Auburn Lakes, Broad Oak Estates, Pemberton Park Homeowners Association (HOA), Beechnut Park HOA and Garden Village Park, which are all located in Houston Metro area.
